Project Assistant to the CEO

Location: Perth (Scotland)

Salary: £29K - £32K DOE

The DRVN Automotive Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the CEO. Based at the group's HQ in Perth (Scotland), you will assist with day-to-day operations, project coordination, and administrative tasks.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination:
    Support the CEO in planning, tracking, and delivering key projects.
    Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
    Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Administrative Support:
    Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
    Organise travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
    Draft and review documents, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  3. Meeting & Event Management:
    Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
    Assist in organising executive meetings, company events, and external engagements.
  4. Research & Analysis:
    Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
    Analyse project performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  5. Liaison & Communication:
    Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    Ensure smooth communication across teams, managing requests and priorities effectively.
Essential Skills
  1. Previous experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role.
  2. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Fully confident in using Microsoft packages.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to work.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  8. Must have IDLR/Full right to work in the UK - Sponsorship will not be provided.
Desirable Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
