About the Opportunity
The Center for Community Health Education, Research and Service is looking for a Project Assistant to join their team!
The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for two HEART projects: ESOL-Home Health Aide training and Home Health Aide-Driven Research capacity building. The Project Assistant will have an interest in issues surrounding health care research and workforce development, training and career advancement for home health aides, and racial justice and health equity principles. The Project Assistant will have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize time and resources efficiently, and establish priorities. They will schedule project meetings and coordinate training and workgroup logistics, support recruitment activities including materials development, help document project progress and milestones, and support the project managers in all administrative tasks. Occasionally, the Project Assistant will provide support for CCHERS' administrative initiatives such as organizing events, website maintenance, and workflow improvements. This is a hybrid role, with three in-office days per week required. Wednesdays are mandatory, with flexibility for the other two days.

Expected Hiring Range:
$23.02 - $31.66
