A highly successful and long standing architecture practice based in Primrose Hill is seeking a talented Project Architect with strong Vectorworks experience to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the best high end residential and super prime projects in London. This practice has very low turnover, so is rarely hiring, so this is an opportunity not to be missed.

In this role as a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, consultants, and the internal team to produce exceptional architectural solutions. Proficiency in Vectorworks to create technical drawings and presentations is essential, as is the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently when needed.

Requirements:

• ARB registered with 2-3 years post qualification experience
• Experience leading small projects across all RIBA Work Stages
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with clients, leading meetings and presentations
• A creative, proactive approach to problem-solving
• The right to the live and work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Lead high end residential projects across all Stages
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively throughout the project
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal team members
• Oversee the project through all phases, from design to construction, ensuring quality and attention to detail
• Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and specifications, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations
• Oversee the Contract Administration duties of projects
