Project Architect

Our client is a well-established and growing multi-disciplined surveying consultancy that provides specialist services to the Education sector. They are seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team, based from their Leicester office. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to be a key figure within the design team and expand the office in the future, providing an excellent opportunity for progression. Our client has a variety of Education projects, ranging from sports halls, drama studios, extensions, refurbishments, and new builds. These projects range in value but are typically up to the value of £10m or so. They are seeking a Project Architect with good knowledge and experience across all RIBA Stages.

Project Architect Job Overview

• Assisting the Principal Architect
• Help lead a small architectural team
• Delivering educational architectural projects
• Work across all RIBA Stages
• Use AutoCAD / Revit on a day-to-day basis
• Working on a variety of scale education projects
• Producing technical drawings
• Working closely coordinating within a team as well as independently

Project Architect Job Requirements

• ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
• Strong experience working across all RIBA Stages
• Help support junior members of the team
• Experience using AutoCAD or Revit
• Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
