An award-winning medium-sized architecture firm based in North London, celebrated often for their exceptional contributions to the hospitality sector over the past 30+ years, is looking to expand the team with a Technical Focused Architect. This firm's portfolio boasts a range of world-class projects that exemplify innovation, quality, and excellence across the Prime residential, student accommodation, commercial workspaces, and of course, their famous hotels.


Experience Required:

  1. 2-5 years post-Part III qualification

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the design team to develop detailed architectural plans and specifications.
  2. Manage and oversee the technical aspects of projects from RIBA stages 2-5.
  3. Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
  4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  5. Contribute to the design development process, offering technical insights and solutions.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Part III qualified Architect with 2-5 years of professional experience.
  2. Strong technical expertise and proficiency in building construction and detailing.
  3. Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
  4. Proficiency in Revit.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

You will be joining a firm of 70 Architects and Designers who are working on an optional hybrid 2/3 policy. Company events are a regular occurrence, including a company holiday each year!
