As a Project Architect at their Cambridge studio, you will engage in diverse and creative projects that span various sectors, all while focusing on Conservation and Heritage. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages, from design to delivery.
  2. Collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals in a friendly and collegial atmosphere.
  3. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Project Architect Requirements:

  1. RIBA Chartered Architect status.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience within the UK architectural industry.
  3. Proven experience managing a variety of projects, ideally with a focus on Conservation.
  4. Technical competence and hands-on site experience.
  5. Excellent design, drawing, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; Revit experience is highly desirable.
  7. A strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
