Our client, an ambitious architectural practice based in Belfast, is seeking a talented Project Architect. They predominantly work on a range of large-scale high-rise residential projects across London and Dublin. This position is due to growth, and they are looking to expand the practice's size in 2024.

The successful candidate will have experience working on similar projects and be looking to progress with an employee-owned business. The Architect will have a passion for delivering large-scale, complex projects and ideally be proficient in Revit and completing similar day-to-day duties, as listed below.

Project Architect Position Overview

• Project Architect to join a forward-thinking architectural practice in Belfast.
• Projects across London and Dublin.
• Design and delivery of high-profile projects.
• Analytical, design, and presentation skills across various media.
• High-level knowledge of technical standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD / Revit) and Adobe (Photoshop / InDesign).
• Liase confidently with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Project Architect Position Requirements

• Experience working in a similar position as an Architect.
• Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD.
• Passion for delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• A flair for concept and technical design with great attention to detail.
• A team player with strong communication skills who thrives working with others to achieve results.
• Commutable to Belfast office.
