Project Administrator - Pensions (GMP Projects, DC and hybrid Schemes, reconciliation, Pension)

£40,000 - £45,000 +10% bonus + 4% pension contribution + Company benefits

In this role, you will be valued and seen as a partner rather than an employee, working across a wide range of various client pension projects that sit outside of the BAU pension administration activities, primarily DB, with some DC and Hybrid occupational pension schemes. These projects are likely to cover Buy-In's/Out's, GMP reconciliation/rectifications, GMP equalisation, benefit analysis, rectification work, data cleanse, amongst others.

THE ROLE:

• Deliver agreed outputs as directed by the Pensions Projects Manager, on time and within budget.
• Complete complex benefit calculations, accurately check complex benefit calculations, and prepare and produce standard and ad hoc reports.
• Draft benefit specifications using Scheme documents.
• Perform data extracts across various Admin platforms.
• Attend various client and project meetings as required.
• Liaise with other professional connections as required to share data.

THE PERSON:

• Pension Project Analyst, project administration, or similar
• Experience in working within a multi-DB pension scheme environment
• Knowledge of DC and hybrid Schemes.
• Experience of full life cycle projects and data manipulation for analysis/reporting.
• Knowledge of pension buy-in's/out's and transition processes, GMP Projects, and pension legislation
