Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join their highly valued team on a permanent, full-time basis. Project Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the project management team with the coordination, administration, and execution of Fire and Security projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
- Handle project-related paperwork, including system drawings, RAMS, programming guides, permits, and compliance documentation, ensuring proper preparation and distribution.
- Handle calls, manage emails, and address general enquiries related to ongoing projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring prompt responses to enquiries.
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the project manager when needed.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all quality and regulatory standards.
Project Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in an Administrative or Assistant role within the Fire & Security, Construction, or Facilities Management industries.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise time effectively, and ensure a high level of accuracy.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, both written and verbal.
