About the Role…

As a Project Administrator, you will support the line manager by ensuring they are up to date with their reporting and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include booking meetings, taking minutes, and providing general assistance. This role is a blend of administrative and personal assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the line manager is current with reporting and administrative tasks.
  2. Schedule and organise meetings.
  3. Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  4. Provide general administrative support and assistance.

Must-Haves:

  1. Experience in data administration.
  2. Proficiency with systems such as AuditBoard or similar.
  3. Knowledge or interest in audit, governance, or compliance.
  4. Ability to learn new tools and strong skills in Microsoft Office packages.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What’s in It for You?

  • This is a 6-month contract.
  • Day rate: up to £206.00 PAYE or £232.00 Umbrella, in-scope IR35.
  • Hybrid working environment based in Reading.
