What you'll be doing:
Managing meeting agendas, notes and follow-ups
Helping coordinate client visits and project milestones
Chasing documentation from internal teams to keep things moving
Keeping the project management system up to date (AX/CRM)
Supporting procurement and risk register updates
Basically making life easier for Project Managers so they can focus on delivery
What they're looking for:
Someone highly organised and proactive
Great communicator - written and verbal
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
