Project Administrator

T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity on behalf of our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch for a Project Administrator to join their team on a 6-12-month temporary basis.

This is an important role within the Company where you will be supporting a project that has met some challenges; therefore, the successful applicant will act as a focussed, central contact for anything related to it. The role will suit someone with a real can-do attitude, someone genuinely looking to get stuck in and someone who enjoys the challenge of sorting things out & solving problems.

Project Administrator Details & Benefits:

1. £28,000-£32,000 pro rata dependant on experience
2. Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
3. Company pension scheme
4. Office based role however flexibility may be offered once training is complete
5. 33 days holiday per year including bank holidays
6. Free parking
7. No strict dress code

Project Administrator Job Details:

1. Liaise with key stakeholders in the business to support the smooth delivery of a project.
2. Work with project managers and other colleagues across various teams in the business to facilitate the transfer of information pertinent to the project.
3. Support in the management of jobs for the installation and delivery team to complete in relation to the project, including supporting the deployment of the installation team where appropriate.
4. Fact finding and problem solving in relation to the project, liaising with colleagues in the company and reaching out for support with project related queries to help resolve any issues.
5. Maintain excellent records and documentation in an orderly and accessible fashion.
6. Be active in meetings updating colleagues on progress using the documentation you keep and records you maintain.

Project Administrator Person Specification:

1. This role will suit someone who is confident and comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels and at times, possibly customers (B2B).
2. They will have excellent organisation and administration skills.
3. Excellent communication skills able to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal capacities.
4. Confident to take the lead on assigned tasks.
5. A true 'can-do' attitude.
6. Enjoy the little wins and seeing something through to completion, solving challenges along the way.
7. Competent in the use of Microsoft packages, with a good grasp of data storage and manipulation using Excel.
