Project Accountant

Your new company
I am currently working with a leading law firm that is looking for a Project Accountant to come in and work on a specific project within the business for an initial 6 months.

Your new role
The key responsibilities are:

• Responsible for all financial reporting, producing and analysing reports and data focusing on cost allocation, WIP, month end.
• Liaising with external stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss budgets, variances, and costs related to the project.
• Budgeting and forecasting financial projections on the project.
• Attending project meetings and informing wider business teams, including the legal team, on all cost and data analysis.
• Creating KPI dashboards, presentations, and maintaining data on any variances in the project.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualifications or project management qualifications.
• Cost budgeting experience.
• Budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting expertise.
• Project Management experience would be ideal.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
