Progress Assistant (Teaching Assistant)

Required for February 2025, the post is within our SEND Department where you will be joining a successful team dedicated to helping and supporting students with special needs to achieve their full potential during their time at Trinity High School. As part of the role, you will be required to work closely with all departments and stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to all students on the SEND register. Experience of working in a specialist setting for students with challenging behaviour would be advantageous, with the ability to understand trauma-informed approaches to behaviour management and deliver SEMH interventions. The work will be largely based in our internal short stay alternative provision, Inspiratus.
The successful applicant will be required to work with our SEND students and deliver high-quality support to them. Teamwork is an essential part of this role as you will be required to work across all curriculum areas.
