We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a Programme Administration team, providing key administrative support and record maintenance for a specified portfolio of courses, in accordance with the procedures and regulations of UAL.
The successful candidate will work as a Programme Administration Manager, based at our Eastbank, Stratford campus, supporting course delivery within London College of Fashion (LCF).
You will manage a team of Programme Administrators, overseeing the provision of relevant administrative support for all courses within your portfolio of programmes, ensuring an excellent and high-quality service delivery and a seamless student experience, from the point of enrolment through to graduation. A key part of the role will involve working alongside academics with essential tasks such as monitoring student attendance, exam boards and assessments, course documentation as well as quality processes.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in key aspects of further or higher education student administration, including registry processes such as enrolment and assessment.
You will have an enthusiasm for creating a good student experience and be able to evidence strong leadership and line-management skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and motivate your team.
You will also be organised and able to plan a busy workload, communicating with colleagues in your team and key stakeholders.
