Program Test Manager, 6 Month, Day Rate Contract, Belfast (Hybrid), Up to £625 p/d

We are currently working with a global financial client in the recruitment of a Program Test Manager to lead the Operations Test Management and execution across Futures and OTC Derivatives.

The role involves leading global test planning, scheduling, and execution for operations functions, ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include defining test scope and resource needs, managing defects, overseeing test data preparation, coordinating with program management, driving metrics and communications, and ensuring clear traceability and documentation throughout test phases.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following skills/experience:

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in program management or test management
2. Knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle of ETDs is a must-have
3. Experience of test management tools
4. Demonstrate ability to manage complex testing projects with cross-functional teams

The role is initially for a 6-month period; there is a possibility of extension depending on the client’s needs. This role will be based in Belfast and will require the resource to attend the Belfast office 3 days p/w. Only candidates that would be able to attend the office 3 days per week will be considered.
