Program Manager - IT (3 days onsite)

Program Manager - IT

Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Requirements

1. Extensive experience in managing large programs with multiple projects.
2. Good familiarity with project management toolset.
3. Financial management experience at the program level; ability to articulate financials with stakeholders.
4. Proven experience working with external vendors.
5. Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the projects.
6. Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issues.
7. Responsible for the budgetary requirements for all individual project activity.
8. Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of work.

Required Skills

1. PMP or Agile certification.
2. Strong experience in a technology-focused project management role.
3. Strong people-facing skills.
4. Successful track record managing multiple projects.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
