We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the following position for our client, who is an industry leader:

Program Manager - IT

Location: Camden, NJ (3 days’ office & 2 days’ remote)

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Requirements

1. Extensive experience in managing large programs with multiple technical projects
2. Experience in application development project management
3. Good familiarity with project management toolset
4. Strong financial management experience at the program level; able to articulate financials with stakeholders
5. Proven experience working with external vendors
6. Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the programs
7. Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issues
8. Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of communication
9. Ability to map dependencies at the program level

Required Skills

1. PMP or Agile certification
2. Waterfall experience
3. Prior experience in a technology-focused program management role
4. Strong people-facing and presentation skills
5. Successful track record managing multiple projects and portfolio of projects
6. Strong financial acumen
7. Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills
