GovCIO Program Director in Dover, Delaware

Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Director to install and test new equipment and upgrades, installing, patching, and testing operating systems and software, and monitoring HPC and research computing environment health and utilization. This position will be located in Fairfax, VA and will be a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

1. Installing and testing new equipment and upgrades.
2. Installing, patching, and testing operating systems and software.
3. Monitoring HPC and research computing environment health and utilization.
4. HPC and Linux systems design, engineering, administration, and programming in multi-petabyte cluster computing environments.
5. Problem solving in a technical environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 8-12 years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience with Linux/RAID, storage, scripting, and automation.
