We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

As a vital member of our team, your role involves conducting Profit Protection Store Visit Audits (PPSV) at various locations, emphasizing a proactive approach to reducing Stock Loss through in store Post Audit Action Plan (PAAP) reviews and staff training.

Your responsibilities extend to conducting investigations derived from data driven analysis and physical observations, as well as providing team training and coaching to uphold brand operational standards.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Maintain a prominent and consistent presence within the Districts.
• Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspected or alleged internal dishonesty, resolving matters to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Manage and support in fulfilling the department's focus objectives across the Districts.
• Communicate with Brand Leaders prior to audits, to ensure their understanding and adherence to preparation guidelines.
• Provide training and guidance to the manager responsible for audit execution to ensure accuracy.
• Thoroughly analyze, review, and investigate store stock losses that exceed the company threshold and implement corrective measures to mitigate future losses.
• Maintain knowledge of company CCTV systems and their operation.
• Conduct regular Security Compliance Checklists and provide feedback to management, emphasizing the correlation between compliance and loss prevention.
• Support and train managers and other store personnel on security-related matters, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure the adequate protection of company property.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant Criminal Law and HR employment guidelines.
• Ensure store compliance with Company Procedures and provide feedback where required.
• Assist in the design of CCTV and security systems as required.
• Prioritize workload to ensure completion of all reports and investigations within established deadlines.
• Liaise with external Investigation Agencies, including law enforcement, as necessary.
• Ensure utilization of Crime Partnerships, BIDs, and shared security services, maximizing value for money.
• Design/Provide and maintain training topics to the retail teams in all areas related to Profit Protection.
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all duties performed and information acquired during the course of employment.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Profit Protection Manager.

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location: Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Experienced in coaching and mentoring others to reduce losses and improve safety.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Proven experience in Profit Protection and/or similar roles.
• Experience in conducting investigation interviews.
• Investigation Report & Statement writing skills.
• Flexible to support working across the UK/EU business if required.
• Able to work rostered weekends to support Profit Protection & Compliance duties.
• Good working knowledge of Google Suites including an excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
