Exceptional opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join a highly ranked Professional Liability team, with a focus on construction claims and coverage guidance. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly respected and expanding team with a leading law firm.

The Construction Professional Indemnity team is well-known for handling a diverse range of disputes and providing detailed coverage advice to insurers and their clients. The client base is wide and includes general insurers, reinsurers, and a variety of insured parties such as design and construction contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.

The successful candidate can expect a broad scope of construction Professional Indemnity disputes whilst providing complex coverage advice for construction claims.

To be considered, you will need a minimum of 5 years PQE with demonstrated experience in handling high value construction claims, professional indemnity policies and coverage matters within the construction sector.

A strong communicator with knowledge of arbitration, adjudication, and negotiation, including court experience in the TCC is also required.

This position is ideal for a candidate looking to make an impact in a leading construction professional indemnity team and develop their expertise within a respected, supportive environment.
