This is a great opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury lawyer looking for a new challenge away from fee earning. A leading law firm is seeking a Professional Development Lawyer to join their Knowledge Management team, supporting their litigation practice based in Manchester. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator who enjoys legal research, drafting, and knowledge sharing.
As a Professional Development Lawyer, you will:
- Create and update precedents, practice notes, and guidance materials.
- Assist fee earners with complex legal research and updates on key developments in clinical negligence and personal injury law.
- Organise and deliver internal training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the litigation team.
- Keep the team informed of legislative updates, case law developments, and best practices.
- Contribute to innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the litigation practice.
