Warehouse Operative - (Bourne, Lincolnshire)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team at a busy manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working hands-on with tyre production from start to finish using modern machinery.

Location:

1. Bourne, Lincolnshire (own transport required due to location).

Pay:

1. £13.64 per hour.
2. Quarterly Bonus of £250

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Friday - no weekends!
2. Rotating shifts (You must be able to do all 3 shifts)
3. 6 am - 2 pm
4. 2 pm - 10 pm
5. 10 pm - 6 am

Main Duties:

1. Tyre Handling: Work with tyres from the very beginning of the production process.
2. Machine Operation: Operate diagnostic machinery and other production equipment.
3. Casing Inspection: Perform visual checks of tyre casings to ensure quality standards.
4. Manual Handling: Move and organise casings (this is a physically demanding role).
5. Quality Control: Maintain company quality standards throughout the process.
