What You'll Do as a Production Test Manager:

1. Develop and implement electronic test strategies and procedures
2. Lead and support the test team, managing performance and motivation
3. Oversee test system design, ensuring accuracy and reliability
4. Define production test requirements and validate new electronic products
5. Work with R&D, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues
6. Monitor test performance and drive process improvements
7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
8. Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets

What You'll Need:

1. Higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
2. Experience in electronic testing, manufacturing, or R&D
3. Knowledge of electronic test methodologies, tools, and equipment
4. Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, IPC)
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
6. Understanding of High Voltage test requirements is a plus
