Production Technician

Hobson Prior is seeking a Production Technician for a 12-month contract. This role will focus on manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards. The successful candidate will work with various equipment and collaborate with different departments to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of materials according to schedules and guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory and mechanical equipment.
• Follow procedures and document activities accurately.
• Engage in training and promote safe and inclusive practices.
• Use tools to support problem-solving and improvements.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Operate and maintain equipment, identifying any issues for repair.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete necessary transactions and requisitions for supplies.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
