Salary: DOA - £30k+

Hours: Mon - Fri 07:00 -17:30 (Flexibility required)

We are seeking a talented Production & Technical Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent player in the Fresh Produce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee production processes and ensure quality standards are met.
2. Manage and lead a team of production staff.
3. Implement and maintain health and safety regulations.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Analyze production data and prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in Production or Quality Assurance.
2. Strong leadership and management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
