£28,000 - £30,000, Monday - Thursday 6.00am - 6.00pm

- To work as a hands-on assistant team leader to lead and motivate a team of operators.
- Collaborating with managers and colleagues in the development and implementation of SHE policy and procedures.
- Ensure the plant is running at maximum efficiencies, maintaining target cycle times.
- Support managers, support functions and operational teams to identify and implement continuous improvement.
- Build effective relationships with manufacturing teams to always ensure excellent customer service.
- Proven experience within the manufacturing environment and in leadership roles.
- Proven experience of leading teams.
