Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for quality, efficiency, and safety? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? You will play a key role in driving excellence in production, team management, and quality assurance.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support your team, ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency on the factory floor.
• Work in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards, helping us maintain industry-leading excellence.
• Oversee induction, training, and performance of new and existing staff to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct disciplinary investigations and support HR functions like absence and performance management.
• Plan and supervise workloads, helping establish daily and weekly production goals alongside the Factory Supervisor.
• Ensure all quality checks, audits, and machine maintenance tasks are completed smoothly.
• Operate and set up Roll Forming & Fabrication Machines, keeping production on track.
• Manage consumables, stock levels, and ensure all completed check sheets are approved before dispatch.
• Be a keyholder, responsible for opening and securing the factory when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with EHS & 6S principles.
• Step in and support other Team Leaders when needed, embracing challenges and unplanned situations with confidence.
