Shift Pattern:10 PM – 6 AM

Salary:Up to £40,000 per annum (£45,000 with shift bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and overseethe production team in manufacturingsterile pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure theefficient operationof production equipment and adherence toSOPs, GMP regulations, and safety protocols.
• Supervise and support the preparation,labelling, packaging, and dispatchof sterile products.
• Maintain strictenvironmental monitoringandcleanroom standards.
• Assist inequipment validation, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Train and mentorproduction staffto ensurehigh performance and compliance.

What You Bring

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally withinpharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge ofGMP and regulatory compliance.
• Ability tolead, motivate, and traina team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• MinimumGCSEsor equivalent qualifications.
