Our operation in Barnoldswick is looking for a Production Support Operative to join their fast-paced, dynamic team.
In this role, you will oversee the logistics of goods within the site, including their movement and storage in factories and warehouses. Additionally, you will manage the collection and delivery of goods within the manufacturing facility, ensuring they are prepared for transport to other units on-site and to external suppliers.
The ideal candidate should possess GCSEs in Math and English, along with a valid driving license and a forklift (FLT) license and it would also be desirable to have a Class 2 license.
Experience in a warehouse environment is essential, and the successful candidate must possess excellent timekeeping, strong written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team in a busy environment, showing attention to detail and a flexible approach to working hours. Additionally, our ideal candidate must be proficient in Office 365 and familiarity with LEAN techniques are desirable but not essential.
