A leading edge FinTech client who develops, implements, and supports Wealth Management Platforms & solutions is looking to hire a Production Support Business Analyst.

Location: London (Old St Location).

Hybrid working: 2 - 3 days in the office per week

Base salary: £65,000

The job:

You will be part of the team that supports external clients with their own Wealth Management platform. You will be expected to use your Business Analysis skills and knowledge of the Pension/Wrap systems UK Market to support the client’s customer base. This will involve analyzing and determining information needs and business requirements to develop detailed requirements and/or functional designs which will lead to the development of business solutions software. Review client tickets and determine the type & priority of that ticket.

Required skills & experience:

1. Detailed knowledge in Pension and Wrap systems in the UK market
2. Knowledge of current legislation in the areas of products in the UK market, including Pensions, ISAs, etc.
3. Business Analysis experience and skillset (gathering business requirements and writing business specifications, gap analysis, business process re-engineering, writing detailed requirements and functional designs).
4. Able to work in both Waterfall and Agile development environments
5. Consultative skills (good listening, relationship building, customer-focused, excellent communication skills).
6. Logical and analytical problem investigation and resolution skills
