Are you a Production Supervisor or similar from a Food background looking for a varied and autonomous role with a leading seafood company that provides opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and a clear progression structure to management?

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role within a well-established company. You will manage the production team and the process cycle and influence KPI activity and ongoing business decisions. You will oversee all aspects of the production process and have responsibilities with other departments and the senior leadership team.

The Role:

1. Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all tasks.
2. Assist with planning and procurement to ensure that all sites receive planned allocation.
3. Implement strategies to optimise production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
5. Flexible hours dependent on site requirement.

The Person:

Production Supervisor / Team Leader or similar
Food / FMCG background
