Today, Prysmian is the largest manufacturer of cables and accessories in the UK. The Wrexham site, which employs approximately 350 workers, is a manufacturing site as well as an Energy Network Solution hub. We produce Low, Medium, and High Voltage cables up to 132kV, as well as accessories and components, using high-grade, fire-resistant materials sought after by key institutions and multinational companies. Wrexham also manufactures submarine cables used for offshore wind farms.
About The Role
We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team at the Wrexham Site as an Area Manager. This key role involves providing operational leadership in our components business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring production resources are positioned to deliver forecasted output, maintain compliance with specifications and costs, lead the drive to continuously improve processes, capitalize on opportunities when they arise, and safeguard the well-being of our employees, assets, and environment.
