Job Summary:

Manpower are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to manage and motivate our clients factory floor team. This role involves ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to health and safety protocols. The position is 90% factory-based and 10% office work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols on the factory floor.

2. Team Management: Supervise and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
