We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving our business goals.

Working on-site at one of our most remarkable engineering clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
• Confident with IT skills such as Excel.
• Address inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with customers face-to-face, including senior stakeholders such as directors.
• Responsible for audits and risk assessments, KPI metrics.
• Supervisory responsibilities such as training, annual leave, and sickness absence management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Automotive type environment.
• A manufacturing or volume production background is desirable, but any manufacturing background will be considered as long as the individual has strong leadership skills.
• You will be organized, resilient, and have the ability to think outside the box.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £14.00 per hour

Working hours/schedule:

Weekly rotating shifts - Monday to Friday

06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00

There may be a requirement to travel to OEM sites if needed.

Expected start date: Immediate.

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected hours: 40 per week
