Job Summary

Kenect Recruitment are currently looking for a Production Supervisor based in Bradford.

Principle Tasks:

  1. Working onsite supervising around 10 people.
  2. Reporting in to the Production Manager.
  3. Check production output according to specifications.
  4. Report to Production Managers on performance and progress.
  5. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  6. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
  7. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
  8. Participate with quality and environmental practices in the workplace.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Good time management.
  3. Team player.
  4. Problem solver.
  5. Able to work under own initiative.
  6. Able to make decisions.

Shifts:

Permanent back shift – Monday – Friday 14:00-22:00.

Salary:

£27,300, OT paid at £16 per hour.
