We are delighted to partner with an exciting Food Manufacturing business in the Cheshire area to recruit a Production Supervisor.

As a Production Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include leading, motivating, and developing your team. This role is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and contribute significantly to a continually growing business. We are interested in candidates with various levels of leadership experience with a background in FMCG manufacturing, who are eager to progress in their careers.

You will lead a team of up to 8 employees, fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring high standards of quality, and developing the existing team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading teams within an FMCG manufacturing environment, strong leadership and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
