We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Night Shift Manager to join our production crew and help us sprinkle some night time sparkle onto our operations.

As the Night Shift Manager, you'll be the guardian of our nocturnal production, ensuring that all resources are utilised effectively to exceed our KPIs. From maintaining top-notch health and safety standards to fostering team development, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly through the night.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing team leaders and optimising production runs.
2. Ensuring brand integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Excellent People Management Skills: Essential for leading our dedicated night crew in an FMCG environment.
2. Retailer Audits Experience: You've been through the trenches and know how to navigate major retailer audits with finesse.
3. Thorough Knowledge of Standards: From BRC to HACCP, you're well-versed in industry standards and regulations.
4. Problem Solver Extraordinaire: No challenge is too daunting for you - you thrive on finding solutions in high-pressure situations.
