The Role:

Leading a team to ensure targets are met, whilst ensuring safety and engagement are at the forefront of activities.
Promoting Health & Safety in the workplace, displaying excellent personal safety and challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed. Responsible for a team of process operators and man management required.
Strong influencing and communication skills, with resilience and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, fostering positive teamwork across all stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role, where the ability to make decisions and question are key aspects, particularly to challenge the norm and support a back to basics plan for the department.
Delivering key objectives to ensure the company achieves their vision and brand values.
