We are recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Production Manager to join an incredible FMCG business in North Wales. This role has come about due to company expansion, they have a people focused culture and incredible products! This role is Monday Thursday 6am 6pm.

The Night Shift Production Manager will be a true leader with a fantastic attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the night shift and will play a key part in delivering key targets and building a strong team culture.

Production Shift Manager (Nights) - Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Must have experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
2. Responsible for the operations across output, supervisor development, waste, yield, technical standards, hygiene operations and projects
3. Overseeing the smooth running of the night shift operation
4. Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and leadership focus
5. Data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, CI, and RCA
6. Responsible for managing the rotas for the night shift
7. Ensuring factory audit readiness, compliance and strong hygiene standards
8. Must be proactive in approach with a collaborative nature
9. Management and achievement of KPIs across the site.
