Production Shift Manager
Shift: 6pm - 6am Monday - Thursday nights
Salary: £42,500 + Premium overtime + Specialist training + Great Benefits
Location: Bala, North Wales (Commutable from: Wrexham, Oswestry, Conwy, Mold, Shrewsbury, Llanrwst)

As part of a team of 2 Shift Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards, and driving operational improvements through gathering and analysing data.

The Role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day factory operations.
• Including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards.

The Person:

• Experience as a Production Manager.
• Experience of working within the food industry is preferred but not essential.
• Actively committed to team development.
