Production Shift Manager
Shift: 6pm - 6am Monday - Thursday nights
Salary: £42,500 + Premium overtime + Specialist training + Great Benefits
Location: Bala, North Wales (Commutable from: Wrexham, Oswestry, Conwy, Mold, Shrewsbury, Llanrwst)

The company is a leading manufacturer in the UK, delivering high-end goods across the globe. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to expand their management team.
As part of a team of 2 Shift Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards, and driving operational improvements through gathering and analysing data.
- Responsible for the day-to-day factory operations.
- Including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards.
- Experience as a Production Manager.
- Experience of working within the food industry is preferred but not essential.
- Actively committed to team development.
