Production Scheduler - Harwich - up to £35,000 - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

What You'll Do

1. Develop & maintain weekly/daily production schedules
2. Coordinate with commercial, logistics & operational teams
3. Lead weekly scheduling meetings & communicate plans
4. Monitor workflows to resolve bottlenecks
5. Align weekly schedules with monthly plans
6. Maintain accurate production & inventory records
7. Act as SAP Key User for Supply Chain tasks
8. Support process improvements & provide training

What We're Looking For

1. Experience in manufacturing and production planning, or supply chain
2. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
3. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in SAP & advanced MS Excel
5. Degree in Supply Chain, Production Engineering, or related field (preferred)
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
