The Role

This role suits manufacturing / production / engineering mindsets. You will be deeply invested in the day-to-day drive to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget, whilst meeting superior quality standards.

We are driven by curiosity and the desire to improve. We seek collaboration to not only deliver the project; but to improve our own skillsets and others around us.

Are you dynamic in what you do? Are you a lateral thinker? Can you work effectively within a large team and motivate others? These are key factors for your success within this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and to own and deliver key equipment. You will take responsibility for the delivery of several pieces of equipment and will therefore have influence over our daily workings - following and implementing best practices within scheduling, cost control, risk management and procurement whilst working with stakeholders from across the team and wider business, to help drive delivery momentum and achieve the project goals.

We have a history of helping talent go far. With our track record of innovation, you'll continually develop your knowledge and expertise.

We offer flexible working to give people more options to better integrate their work and personal life, whilst ensuring that business needs are met. This role is based onsite full time at our Ashton House site with the option for 1 day a week hybrid working once established in role.

Required Qualifications
  1. Production / manufacturing experience
  2. Leadership experience (desirable)
  3. Excellent computer literacy
  4. Knowledge of project controls tools and how these tools operate to provide key information for decision making.
  5. PFQ or PMQ (desirable) or equivalent
  6. Commercially and financially astute, with a challenging mind-set
  7. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills - communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and with external bodies
  8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with project management software tools
