Avenue Recruitment are seeking an experienced Production/Planning Manager for a well established client based in Fife.

The Role

Ensure products are produced efficiently and on-time, to the required quality standards and at the required cost.
Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
Dealing with all employees within the organisation, particularly those working in production related activities.

The Candidate

Previous production management and customer service experience, working in an industrial environment.
Excellent communication and administrative skills with both customers and management is essential for the role.
Show initiative and some level of creativity with regard to how the business can operate more efficiently and safely.
Assist with the maintenance of the company's ISO 9001 certification and help reinforce the company's health & safety procedures.
