Production Planner
Location: Thame, Commutable from Oxford, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough
Salary: £24,000-£28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Our client is a leading manufacturer who is going through a period of growth. Following a re-structure, they are looking to bring a Production Planner into the business with potential to grow alongside the company and eventually work towards a Production Manager role.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supporting production processes by improving efficiency and accuracy of projects
2. Work alongside the project coordinator, general manager, and production supervisor
3. Implement Lean principles onto the shop floor
4. Update the planning chart to assure timely project delivery
5. BOM management and production
6. Assist with non-conformance
7. Utilize ERP and WMS systems
8. Manage relevant documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in planning and/or scheduling
2. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement principles
3. Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
