Role: Production Planner/Scheduler

Location: Lancaster, PA (Relocation $ Available)

Role Type: Full time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Essential Duties:

1. Schedule 10+ plastic injection molding machines while minimizing machine utilization
2. Anticipate and mitigate potential issues or shortages that may interrupt production
3. Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods for upcoming scheduled runs
4. Identify opportunities for improvement regarding efficiency, cost reduction, and downtime
5. Ensure timely delivery of all customer goods and proactively communicate any delays

Requirements:

1. 5+ years' experience planning and scheduling plastic injection molding machines and labor
2. Professional written and verbal communication
3. Strong computer skills and knowledge of IQMS
4. Meticulous attention to detail
