JOB TITLE: Production Coordinator

THE COMPANY
Our client is a growing precision engineering organisation with a strong order book. With approx. 60 machines (3&4 axis Haas milling machines, CNC turning machines, grinders, etc.) and a well-skilled staff of c.30 people, they are in a strong position to continue their growth.

THE ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Coordinator.

Duties will include:

1. Plan and manage production workflows
2. Develop machine schedules and priority lists
3. Collaborate with shopfloor
4. Monitor and manage the performance of tools, machinery, and engineers
5. Update and distribute daily work-to lists and machine schedules
6. Liaise with Goods In and Despatch teams to prioritise workflows

THE CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Production Coordinator possessing the ambition to forge a career within an expanding engineering company. You will possess the following skills:

1. Experience in a similar environment
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production tracking and reporting
3. Strong communication and organisational skills

SALARY: c. £28,000 - £32,000 Depending on Experience + Pension

LOCATION: Daventry
