Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 12:30PM-9PM

About the Role

Our Carlisle site is within our prestigious meals solutions division where you will be ensuring all resources are available that the production team require. As a Production Planner, you will be planning for multiple production lines and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and process customer orders each morning
2. Manually work through Excel spreadsheets to integrate orders into our SAP system, determining batch and line assignments
3. Feed plans back into SAP to verify ingredient availability and other requirements
4. Create and communicate daily production plans to shift managers

About You

You are a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring a clear production plan.

Key Skills/Qualifications

1. Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and schedule creation.
2. Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
3. Ability to handle and organise large sets of data.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with shift managers and other team members
5. Capable of explaining plans clearly and effectively
