Major Recruitment are currently looking for a number of Production operators to work for our client based in Yatton, North Somerset.

Role: Production operator
Hours: 3 weeks rotation: Week 1 Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00, Week 2 Mon-Fri 14:00-22:00, Week 3 Mon-Thu 21:30-06:30
Pay: £13.16 per Hour

Main Duties:
Working as part of a small team on the Profile Stretcher, your role will be to process material to achieve the correct shape and characteristics, ensuring the process runs at optimum efficiency and with zero defects. The next step in the production process is the Profile Saw; your role is to cut the material to the required length, again ensuring the process runs at the best possible speed and with zero defects.
The roles are challenging, rewarding, and require hard work to succeed. You will be shown how to work safely and optimally with the machinery, a skill that takes time to master. You will be working closely with colleagues, feeding back information so that the production process can be adjusted to ensure the best performance. You'll also be expected to monitor the material quality and record the resulting data.
We will train you, develop you, and teach you new skills. In return, we expect a can-do attitude, someone who is a genuine team player, a good communicator with great attention to detail, and who is open to new ideas.
